Hi, I’m Amy.

Mentor, Senior Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Retreat Leader, Event Planner, Yogipreneur and Founder of Evolution Lab Yoga Teacher Academy.

I’ve built a successful teaching career over the last 13+ years, that spans international retreats, leading teacher trainings, sold-out private clients, and a thriving hybrid business both in-person and online. And I know first-hand the challenges that come after YTT: imposter syndrome, undercharging, surface-level teaching, and the question, “what’s next?”

That’s why I created Evolution Lab. 2017 I birthed this idea, a space I wish I’d had when I started, a bridge between your YTT and a thriving, sustainable yoga career.

Through mentorship, trainings, and specialty programs, we support yoga teachers to:
